This step is required by all potential clients prior to booking to ensure the best experience possible.
TELEPHONE CONSULTATION: Our telephone consultation fee is $50 for 30 minutes.
IN-PERSON CONSULTATION: Our in-person consultation fee is $125 for 60 minutes.
A nonrefundable retainer of 50% of your overall event cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 7 days prior to the event. Failure to make payment 7 days prior to the event will result in a $150 late charge. Events booked more than 6 months out may qualify for more payment options.
Events planned on short notice (within 14 days of event or less) require an expedited fee of $250 or 10% of your event cost, whichever is greater. Expedited bookings require full payment at the time of booking.
All payments are nonrefundable however we will try our best to work with you in the case of unforeseen circumstances. Clients are subject to one date change for up to six months from the original event date unless otherwise stated.
With an exception to our wedding planning services, all events will include 1 hour of professional event photography. Photography will begin at the start of your event. If you’d like for our photographer to stay for the duration of your celebration, additional fees will incur. Choosing to deny the included photography is optional but will not decrease the price of your event.
Bee Luxe Events works with trusted and reliable 3rd party vendors. The client is allowed to use outside vendors but they must not interfere with our design. We do not co-design. The client is not allowed to provide their own decor. Our ultimate goal is to ensure you have an unforgettable experience and we cannot guarantee the quality of an item or vendors that we haven't worked with before.
Clients are allowed one design change at no charge after deposit has been paid. Additional design changes will incur an extra fee. Any changes should be made no less than 60 days prior to the event. Changes that decrease price will not be allowed. A decrease in number of guests does not change event pricing.
Client will provide access to the venue for at least three hours before the event start time and two hours after the event to allow us to set up and breakdown. Venue should be clear of existing furniture items prior to our arrival. Access must include vehicle parking near the venue entrance. Additional fees will apply for difficult access.
In the event that materials provided by Bee Luxe Events is damaged or lost, client will be held liable. Client must not move props that are to remain stationary. In cases of extreme wind or heat we reserve the right to change outdoor locations or reschedule the event in order to protect our inventory and the quality of our design.
